Cancellation Policy
I do have a cancellation policy, but I also understand life happens! If you wake up sick or something unforeseen happens and you need to reschedule, reach out as soon as possible—I’ll always do my best to accommodate you.
As a small business owner I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
